As an EDI Account Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our EDI processes, troubleshooting issues, and building strong relationships with internal and external partners, including third-party administrators and sales teams. This role is part account executive, part technical expert, with a focus on identifying trends, solving root causes, and improving processes.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Hourly Wage: $26.00 - $28.00, plus annual bonus opportunity.

  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead clients through EDI processes, from business needs to testing and feedback, ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and set up meetings to resolve complex customer service matters.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders by providing excellent service and support.
  • Analyze and identify trends in EDI processes, recommending improvements and working with relevant teams to drive change.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex issues and support team training and development.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with EDI processes and customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a desire to get into the details of issues and resolve them.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
  • Team player with a passion for collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
